Our mission

Tapdesk turns unused office space into coworking spaces for everyone

a photo of a bar that is being used as a tapdesk coworking space during closing hoursan empty, closed bar showing the waste of unused space when bars and restaurants are not used as tapdesk coworking spaces during the day

Problem

People like Anna, who work remotely have limited options:

  • Sitting alone in their  home office.
  • Hope for decent internet and a good space in noisy cafés.
  • Renting a expensive and anonyme coworinkg space

People like Adam, who have a bar or restaurant with high renting costs:

  • Rest days and vacancy lead to high opportunity costs.
  • Adam cannot find staff to extend opening hours.
  • A lot of space remains unused, although many people could make good use of this space.

Solution

Tapdesk transforms restaurants and bars into coworking spaces during non-operating hours.

This not only provides Anna with an affordable and ideal work environment but also enables Adam to utilize his business premises profitably, without the need for extra staff or additional investments.
